1. What ReadyMuse is

ReadyMuse creates custom songs — lyrics and music — using AI, based on the brief you provide (occasion, name, story, style). Your demos appear in your account, usually within minutes.

2. The service is free

ReadyMuse is currently free to use, with a limited number of song slots released each day. No purchase is required and there are no charges. Because nothing is sold, there are no payments and no refunds.

We may add optional paid features in the future. If we do, separate terms and clear pricing will be shown before you’re ever asked to pay.

3. AI-generated content

Both the lyrics and the music are generated by AI. We work hard on quality, but output can vary and is provided “as is.” Songs are not guaranteed to be unique, and similar phrasing or melodies may appear in other songs.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You’re responsible for the details you submit. Don’t submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t request songs intended to demean or target a person.

You confirm you have the right to share the names, stories, and photos you provide. You grant ReadyMuse permission to process that information for the sole purpose of creating and delivering your song.

5. Using your song

Your finished song is for your personal, non-commercial use — to give, share, and enjoy. If you’d like to use a song commercially, contact us first.

6. Disclaimers and liability

ReadyMuse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyMuse is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
